1. Every effort is made to comply with the instructions of each customer however Jeddweb does not accept responsibility for any inaccuracies in its websites/product or any consequences that arise from any inaccuracies.
2. It is the responsibility of you the customer to ensure that the content of your website/product complies with all government legislation.
3. Any refund will not exceed the cost of the initial fee and where the fee is for monthly management the refund will not exceed the cost of the first months fee.
4. Jeddweb reserve the right to refuse adding content to websites and products for any reason.
5. All material submitted for publication is done so entirely at the owners risk and no responsibility is accepted by Jeddweb for its return.
6. Payment terms are; Payment on satisfactory completion of website set-up or product completion unless otherwise agreed. Any discounts that are given may be waived if payment is late and interest incurred from the due date.
7. Jeddweb must be notified of any changes to be made to a website or cancellation of an on going agreement by that months deadline..
8. Email addresses and mobile phone numbers may be used by Jeddweb.. ie. Deadline emails and deadline text alerts. Contact us to unsubscribe.
9. Jeddweb reserve it's right to charge interest and claim compensation in the event of late payment.
10. All content supplied by Jeddweb is subject to copyright. All copy and photographs captured by jeddweb remain the property of the photographer and are subject to copyright. Domain names also remain the property of jeddweb at all times.
No unreasonable request to transfer domain name ownership will be refused. .
11. If websites are no longer required 28 days notice is needed to end agreement. Websites can be taken of line upon request. Website content will remain the property of the author (jeddweb) at all times including when a website is no longer required and offline.
12. A reasonable response time to any relevant communication is expected. If after follow up communications are sent and a final request to respond is not received, notification of withdrawal of services and website will be issued.(final notification would give a further 28 days to respond).
We primarily use our own unique images on our sites. When we do use images from other sources we take every care to only use generic images that are widely available. Any images that are incorrectly used by Jeddweb will be removed by us immediately upon request.
The placing of an order with Jeddweb will signify the acceptance of the above conditions.
